No. Genzy Basket charges zero delivery fees on all subscription orders. You only pay for the groceries — no platform fees, no hidden charges.

How does the grocery subscription work?

Download the Genzy Basket app from Google Play, pick the products you want (vegetables, fruits, dairy, eggs and more), select the dates you want them delivered for the month, and recharge your wallet. Your selected products arrive fresh every chosen morning before 8 AM.

Can I skip a day or pause my subscription?

Yes. You can skip individual delivery dates, pause your subscription, or modify items right inside the app — as long as you make changes before the daily cut-off (10 PM the previous night).

How fresh are the vegetables and fruits?

We source produce directly from farms and local mandis the same morning. Items are sorted, weighed and packed only after your delivery cut-off, so what you receive at 8 AM was not sitting in a warehouse for days.

What products can I subscribe to?

Vegetables, fruits, dairy (milk, curd, paneer), eggs, bread and daily essentials. The full catalogue is available inside the app and updated regularly.

How do payments and the wallet work?

Genzy Basket uses a prepaid wallet model. You recharge once and the daily subscription cost is auto-deducted on each delivery. This keeps things transparent and avoids per-order payment friction.

What if an item is missing or not fresh?

Report it inside the app within 24 hours of delivery and we will refund the amount to your wallet — no questions asked.
